Jose brings a results-driven, customer-focused, and reliable approach to Dry Dock while managing sales operations for the marine products. Outside of work, he enjoys grilling, smoking meats, hanging out with friends and family at the lake, and spending time with his wife and two children, which connects perfectly to helping customers create those same memories on the water. Around Dry Dock, Jose is known for being calm and levelheaded, making the sales and finance process feel simple and comfortable. His favorite part of working at Dry Dock is having fun with his coworkers and helping all of the amazing customers.

Chris spends most of his time helping customers find the right boat for their needs, but he’s also known for jumping in wherever he’s needed — especially if it means running the Big Cat forklift. Outside of work, he enjoys boating on big water with his wife and dog, Meka, which makes selling boats feel more like sharing something he already loves. Around Dry Dock, Chris is known for his boating knowledge, outgoing personality, and love for delivering someone’s dream boat and seeing their reaction.

Holly brings a passionate, perky, and driven personality to Dry Dock while helping customers with lift and dock sales, scheduling new lift and dock installs, and handling seasonal in-and-outs. Outside of work, she enjoys anything in the sunshine, from gardening to relaxing on the lake, which fits perfectly with helping customers get ready for summer fun. Around Dry Dock, Holly is known for being levelheaded, talking a little too much, and keeping things moving with a smile. Her favorite part of working at Dry Dock is chatting with customers, and her fun fact is that she once won a yodeling contest by applause at Epcot.

Julie keeps Dry Dock running smoothly by overseeing daily service operations, supporting the team, and making sure customers are taken care of. She describes herself as organized, dependable, and friendly, which shows in the way she helps customers get what they need quickly and keeps everything on track. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with family, planting flowers, and relaxing by the pool or around a campfire. That same attention to detail and care carries into her work, where she’s known for getting things done, staying organized, and making people feel welcome.

McKenzie brings a friendly, outgoing, and adventurous energy to Dry Dock while helping coordinate service appointments, supporting customers, and assisting with Hobie sales. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and reading, so connecting with customers who love the outdoors comes naturally to her. Around Dry Dock, McKenzie is known for being positive, helpful, and always willing to jump in when someone needs a hand. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and working with a great team.

Vinnie brings a hardworking, dependable, and knowledgeable approach to Dry Dock while diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boats, personal watercraft, and shop equipment. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, working on engines, riding ATVs, and spending time outdoors with his family, which keeps him hands-on and connected to the same lifestyle as many customers. Around Dry Dock, Vinnie is known for solving tough mechanical problems and always being willing to help out. His favorite part of the job is working with a great team and helping customers get back on the water safely.

Ethan brings a hardworking, friendly, and outgoing attitude to Dry Dock while working on and maintaining the inboard boats. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, boating, and being a dad, so spending time around the lake is already a big part of his life. Around Dry Dock, Ethan is known for always being willing to do what is needed and helping keep things moving. His favorite part of working at Dry Dock is being around his amazing coworkers and Chad.

Landon keeps Dry Dock running smoothly behind the scenes by keeping track of the boats coming in and out, keeping the bays stocked for the techs, and making sure the yard stays organized. Outside of work, he enjoys racing, concerts, and being out on the water, so working around boats and the lake lifestyle is a natural fit. Around Dry Dock, Landon is known as the tractor guy, a monster addict, and someone with the power to keep things moving. His favorite part of working at Dry Dock is the family atmosphere and taking boats out on the water.

McKenna brings a fun, determined energy to Dry Dock while greeting customers, answering phones, and helping point people in the right direction for boating accessories. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, fishing, and sailing, so she loves connecting with customers about where they’re from, what they boat, and what they enjoy on the water. Around Dry Dock, McKenna is known for randomly coming back from school to work and always being ready to talk with customers. Her favorite part of working at Dry Dock is being around the fun people who make every day enjoyable.

Jack helps customers find the right accessories, keeps boats fueled up on the weekends, and helps with Dry Dock’s marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, which has helped him build discipline, consistency, effort, and mental toughness that carry over into the workplace. Around Dry Dock, Jack is known for allegedly being Cory’s son, and he brings a creative, direct, and driven personality to the team. His favorite part of working at Dry Dock is the atmosphere and culture.

Cory brings hardworking, family-focused, and investor-minded energy to Dry Dock while trying to be the ringleader of the boat circus. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, boating, spending time in Florida, going to school board and sports events, and being around family, which all connect back to his Lake James roots. Around Dry Dock, Cory is known as the “go-to guy” with high energy, tech geek tendencies, and a love for change. His favorite part of working at Dry Dock is that there are no ties, no suits, and the team sells fun while staying family focused.
